Can I order your lighting online? 

At present we don’t offer ecommerce, but we are happy to take orders from messages received through our online enquiry form

 

I live overseas, can I still order your lighting? (what currency you’ll be charged in)

Yes, we ship worldwide. You’ll be charged in NZD.

 

Is freight included in your prices?

No, freight rates vary due to the different weights and sizes of our lights. We can calculate the exact cost for you when you provide a shipping address.

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept online banking and have eftpos available in store. (Please note there is a 2% credit card charge.)

 

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Wait times depend on the lighting ordered. Our classic range wait is between 6-10 weeks. Custom work will vary but generally takes more than 10 weeks.

 

What is the warranty on your lighting?

James Russ lights carry a one year warranty, but we are diligent with design and details. We go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your piece.

 

Is there a consultation fee for custom lighting design work?

In most cases James will set aside time with no fee to discuss with you what you are looking for. James will add on a fee for further consultations on designs drawn.

 

What light bulbs do you recommend? (We sell some light shades without bulbs..)

Some of our lights do not include bulbs. We suggest LED bulbs to obtain the maximum lifetime of your lighting.
