The Northern club

2019

Covered in ivy and set amongst the high-rise buildings of Auckland, the Northern Club has been a landmark since its completion in 1867. Through the years, it has been a prestigious setting for networking, relaxing, and entertaining. James Russ has been collaborating with Cheshire Architects, Emily Priest, George Gregory, and Monmouth Glass studios to craft a unique collection of eclectic glass pendants. Each light features machined brass and handblown glass expertly fused together to form a captivating canopy of warm, inviting light. A centerpiece of Honey Onyx illuminates the heart of each pendant, infusing the glass with a gentle glow that cascades a soft hue onto the diners below.

The Northern Club is situated on the corner 19 Princess Street, Auckland CBD
