At present we don’t offer ecommerce, but we are happy to take orders from messages received through our online enquiry form.

I live overseas, do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally!

I want a custom designed piece, how do I start the process?

Reach out using our client form with any info you have on the space where you would like your piece, architect drawings/plans are great.
From here we can start to discuss materials that are represented in your space, scale and overall need from the piece.
Custom designs do take time but they are truly worth the wait.

Is freight and packaging included in the price?

No, freight rates can vary due to the differing weights/sizes of our lights. We are happy to calculate shipping costs when a shipping address is provided.

How long does an order take to complete?

Wait times vary and depend on the design ordered. Our classic range wait can be between 6-10 weeks. Custom work will vary but generally takes 10 weeks or more.
