The Northern club
Nestled among the high-rise buildings of Auckland and adorned with ivy, the Northern Club has stood as a landmark since its completion in 1867. Over the years, it has served as a prestigious venue for networking, relaxation, and entertainment. James Russ has collaborated with Cheshire Architects, Emily Priest, George Gregory, and Monmouth Glass Studios to create a distinctive collection of eclectic glass pendants. Each light fixture features machined brass and handblown glass expertly fused together, forming a captivating canopy of warm, inviting illumination. A centerpiece of honey onyx brightens the core of each pendant, infusing the glass with a gentle glow that casts a soft hue onto the diners below.
The Northern Club is situated at the corner of 19 Princess Street in Auckland's Central Business District (CBD).
